During Invest in Lombardy Days 2014 were organized three events:

INVEST IN LOMBARDY AWARDS  (October 6^th 2014)

The 39^th floor of the headquarter of Regione Lombardia held the opening evening of the Invest in Lombardy Days, the “Invest in Lombardy Awards”.
During this event six foreign companies that recently made a high added value investments in Lombardy region were rewarded. Following the awards:

• “Lombardy International Hub” Award – Ceva Logistics (Holland)
• “Lombardy Know How” Award – Huawei (China)
• “Lombardy R&D International Center” Award – Flowmetric (USA)
• “Lombardy Creativity and Innovation” Award – Toyota Boshoku (Japan)
• “Lombardy Restart” Award – Whirlpool (USA)
• “Lombardy Cross – Border Services” Award – Crosby Textor (Australia)

Furthermore there was the launch of the project Expo Business Club, exclusive clubs of Italian top managers, multinational companies, lawyers, consultants and foreign investors launched all over the world.

In that occasion was presented also the Annual Report 2014 (only Italian version available), edited by Invest in Lombardy, which include an overview about the investment trend in Lombardy.

The most important regional institutions, multinational companies placed in Lombardy and the biggest international banks attended the event.

WORKSHOP: WHICH POLICIES FOR NEW INVESTMENTS? (October 7^th 2014)

On the second day of Invest in Lombardy Days, policy makers, multinationals, investment fund, managers and foreign investors discussed in a public seminar about suggest strategies, tools and actions to attract investments.

LOMBARDY REGION: ATTRACTIVENESS & ISSUES FOR FOREIGN INVESTORS (October 8^th 2014)
During the round table, which closed the third edition of Invest in Lombardy Days, foreign Chambers of Commerce and international representatives placed in Milan discussed about new ways of collaboration between Invest in Lombardy and foreign representatives offices and relevant issues concerning doing business in Lombardy, trying to identify possible new effective solutions and share business opportunities during EXPO2015.
